VENDORS JURY FORM

Vendor's Jury Form Submission (All vendors must hand-make or grow their products! NO DIRECT SALE VENDORS PLEASE) This is NOT a vendor contract. This submission is for consideration to be included in the event. Booth spaces are $45 or $55 w/electric. Booth space is limited! By submitting, you confirm that you have read the guidelines listed at the bottom of this page. (All vendor submissions must be received by March 31st) Upon acceptance, Vendor contracts will be emailed after April 1st and must be returned with payment by May 18th to secure your spot.
